I think most agencies are doing their reporting the wrong way.

They end up shooting themselves in the foot because…

… the reports are confusing, the client doesn’t get it

… when the client doesn’t get it, they don’t read it

… when the client doesn’t read your report, they end up canceling

Sound familiar?  Thought so.

So much can be fixed (and your life gets way easier) just by tweaking how you handle client reporting.
