YEARS ago, long before I started training agencies with Agency Coach, I had a brand new client hand over the proposal and contract that one of my competitors gave them.

To my surprise, their contract…. WAS MY EXACT CONTRACT.

Now, this wasn’t a template I downloaded off of the internet.  I wrote it word for word and then had an attorney go through it and make it legally sound.

I was shocked and flattered at the same time.

You know your stuff is good when your competitors go out of their way to copy you.

These days, I love sharing this stuff with agencies.
