Here’s something to try next time you’re facing a tough day:
Open up a notepad or grab a sheet of paper:
In your brain, fast forward to the end of that day.
Write the story of what happened as if the day already happened.
Imagine the feelings and what went well, what you said and how you handled it.
Dream the outcome you want.
You’ll be shocked how often what you write actually comes true.
