Google maps needs two pieces of information for it to work.
1. Where you’re going.
2 Where you are.
Most agencies have at least a vague idea of where they want to go. (how much money they want to make, how many clients they need, the desire to quit their job, etc.)
But fewer agencies are totally clear about where they are currently at. (how much money they are making right now, what’s in their way, how many prospects are in their pipeline, etc.)
Here’s a quick tip:
Bust out a sheet of paper and write down a quick accounting of where you are at today, where you want to be and 1-2 things you can do TODAY to get there.
Surprisingly easy to do (and even more easy NOT to do.) But incredibly powerful.
