I picked up this unexpected gem in the clearance bin of Barnes & Noble many years ago.  It's an incredible story of entrepreneurship and perseverance and teaches some very practical advice on how to take goals and break them into actionable steps.

The 4 Hour Workweek by Tim Ferris

This book taught me that I don’t have to do all the work myself.  It shows you how to create leverage in your life through outsourcing and why it’s not a luxury but a necessity.
