Watch The Entire Movie

Ok, silly question:

When you go to the movies…

Do you watch the whole thing? (assuming it’s not a totally awful movie?)

Like…

Wouldn’t it be weird if someone only watched the beginning of a perfectly good movie, loved it and then left halfway through?

That wouldn’t make any sense….  Right?

So, then WHY do your clients only buy half of your stuff and leave money on the table?

You built them that website, they loved it.  But then they never did anything else.

Or, you enrolled a client to help them with FB ads, or Local SEO but then they never hired you for anything else?

I have a theory about why agencies do this.

(aka.. leaving perfectly good money on the table.)

Agencies think…

… the client already spent money with them, so they won’t spend it again. (not true)

… it’s too soon, the client won’t buy until they see results (also not true)

… it was hard enough to get them to spend money the first time (but they trust you now!)

… they don’t have anything new to sell them (are you SURE?)

… if clients don’t go out of their way to ask for help, they don’t want help (definitely not true)

… old clients aren’t as “fun” as new clients (might be true, but building lots of recurring revenue is fun as hell!)

But most of all, I think it’s because the agency forgets or doesn't have a process to resell clients.

The number one thing you can do if you want your clients to “watch the whole movie.” (Aka. Buy all your stuff!), then you have to have a repeatable system to do it.

I pulled a clip out from one of my training sessions that covers this exact topic. Would you like to see it? DM me on Facebook or Instagram and mention “repeatable system” and I'll get you set up with member access to the video.
