Most agencies have “low hanging fruit.”
They have opportunities ripe for the picking, but instead, they insist on doing it the hard way, going out to find new leads and clients.
This was the case with a student on one of our coaching calls…
I asked them some questions.
It turns out that they have been in the website design business for 3 years.
Last year their business exceeded $140K in revenue.
They have a client list of 40 people that they believe need other services like reviews, SEO, PPC, FB ads, etc. (That they haven’t offered them yet.)
What? Did you catch that?
40 clients are ready, they just need to go back to them.
Do they need more leads?
HECK NO.
They just have a sales problem. An upsell problem.
This is their low-hanging fruit.
