Eric came to me with an opportunity.

A handful of years ago, he purchased another company’s book of business.  There were a bunch of clients paying him $67/month for hosting & some basic maintenance.

He was pleased to see the money hit his account each month without much work.

I think that’s pretty cool.  I love passive revenue.
