So…
Over the years of building up my agency, I came to develop four rules (non negotiable) that guided every project, every hire, every action that I took.
Those rules are:
#1 build an endless supply of leads that I can tap into (for free) anytime I need more sales
#2 get qualified prospects to ask me for help vs. chasing/begging for work (which is always way easier to sell)
#3 make selling easy and have clients thank ME for the sale (even though “selling” felt weird and didn’t come naturally to me)
#4 deploy a “leveraged service model” to get my time back, charge what I’m worth, keep most of the money I earn (and get great results for my clients)
Doesn’t that sound like a dream? Well, at one point I had to dream it before I could create it. Fortunately, I’ve done the hard work for you and that’s all explained in the video below.
