Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- You must have made the purchase within the last 30 days (your request must be submitted before 11:59pm Pacific Time on the 30th day following your purchase.)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
- We ask that you share the reason for your refund request to help us improve our products and services.
Non-Refundable Products/Services
Please note:
- Subscriptions, after the 30-day period, are non-refundable.
- Any services or consulting that have been fully delivered are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.
