Have you ever wondered why some businesses seem to have an unending flow of opportunities while others flat out fail?
As I write this, I’m in a locally owned coffee shop and it’s so packed that I had to jump off their wifi and onto my cell phone’s hotspot just to write this.
Within a half mile of me, there are FIVE other coffee shops. I passed by three of them on the way here, and their parking lots are EMPTY.
How is it that this shop, given the amount of competitors nearby, is so busy?
I’ll tell you: relationships.
When I walked in this morning, Jonathan the owner, greeted me by name. The person who took my order knew what I wanted and was ready for payment as soon as I walked up. I’m not the only customer here who experiences this level of service.
What does this have to do with your agency?
